1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Stoma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Stoma provides product research, competitor tracking, margin calculation, and keyword research tools for Amazon.in and sellers. Data shown (BSR, opportunity scores) is derived from publicly available marketplace information and statistical estimation — it is provided for informational purposes and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Stoma.
• One account per user; sharing accounts to circumvent plan limits is not permitted.

4. Credits, Billing & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay in advance.
• Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over or carry forward.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell Stoma's data or platform
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions through automated means
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Product data, keyword, opportunity scores, and margin calculations provided by Stoma are estimates for research purposes only. They are not financial, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for verifying any figures independently (e.g. in Amazon Seller Central) before making business decisions.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Stoma provides data, estimates, and research tools to help inform your product sourcing and selling decisions. We do not guarantee that any product identified through the platform will sell, generate profit, or become successful in any marketplace. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own research judgment, sourcing decisions, pricing strategy, marketing, listing quality, market conditions, and competition. Use of Stoma does not constitute a promise of business success, sales volume, or return on investment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stoma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including business losses resulting from decisions made using our data or estimates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent platform limits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stoma after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
